If I keep my social media, I might have my Facebook page memorialized which means people will know I'm dead. But I also like the idea of it being deleted and people forgetting me... what do you guys think?

I am deleying my friends of face book few a day..so that i don't raise any suspicion..a day or two before i will delete my account. i do not want any one to find me on any social network once am gone..I don't do social media. I have no online presence at all (under my real name, at least).
Since you asked for our opinion, I think it's best to be forgotten.

You should do whatever you feel comfortable with.
Personally I don't like the idea of having my social media still active when I'm gone.

I don't think I'll delete it, I haven't really thought about it. I think the memories for my siblings and friends would be nice, but it's something I've now got to debate

How long does it take to delete Facebook? I've only used it a handful of times in the past decade so I don't know anything about it anymore. I'm undecided, just reading this thread got me thinking about deleting all but 3 or 4 close friends and leaving it up for them.Similar threads
