Anyone ever hear of this method ? This method of suicide is usually used in psych wards or prisons. It causes death by sodium depletion which causes brain swelling. Recommend or no ?

Someone from here tried it, there is a long thread somewhere about it and they couldn't keep down the water and gave up. I wish it was that easy >.<

extremely painful and unpleasent, let alone the possibility of guranteed death is extremely slim. it would be really hard to hold it in.

i kinda tested it a bit , drank 2 gallons of water in less than hour and waited for hyponatremia symptoms but felt nothing I guess you need much more like 4 gallon+ in less than hour . Plus u need the water to get absorbed in organs and stay in cells causing the organs to swell aka the brain
