What’s the use of burning red hot?

I am being discharged from hospital friday and am unable to care for myself. With my last energy I have 2 options:

1. charcoal briquettes heated up on pans until they turn white and then left in small bathroom with me inside

2. jump off 11th story

Am I likely to die guaranteed from both? I will not try if it's not guaranteed as I have no intention of living.

Thank you all <3
Also any other easy successful ideas that a disabled cunt can get quick access too. I have a few lorazepam and a lot of beta blockers which may help.

I'm not sure about the first one, however jumping from the 11th floor of a building would do the trick (assuming there isn't anything that could potentially cushion the fall like trees, water or anything that might get in the way and slow you down).

thank you, id seen some people saying 11 wouldn't be enough but I've also seen people die from 3, so idk.

jumping is inheriently not a very safe method, especially if you're found immediately. You might wake up in a hospital, missing limbs. People have survived falling from airplanes. It really depends on the landing and you might have less control about that than you think.

Forget about ODing too, it will not work.

I don't believe that either of those methods would be "guaranteed", sorry. Although I'd guess there could be a reasonable chance of either proving fatal.
I posted recently about the partner of a friend jumping from Dumbarton Rock in Scotland, a height of some 250 feet. He's still presently in Intensive care, having broken both legs, snapped his spinal cord in two places, fractured many ribs, which have detached from the sternum at the front and attachments at the rear.
If he survives he can look forward to an estimated 10-12 months in Hospital and Rehab Unit prior to returning to life as a paraplegic.
So, jumping has kinda dropped down my own list of options.
