So this is my plan.

Dont eat for seven days, purposely only drink energy drinks as they are a diuretic to cause diarrhea and dehydration. This should be easy for me as I have a history of eating disorders

Use a cane and foot brace to go as far as I physically can into the woods, find a good tree for strangulation, I can't do FSH. I dont want my parents finding their disabled daughter dead in the house.

Tempeture at night here is currently in 20's and 30's. Hoping the ammount of stress on my body from cold, dehydration, lack of food will help make strangulation more effective.

Put music on at full volume as the ligature tightens around my neck, to ease SI and nerves.

Thoughts?

I searched your older post to maybe understand it better what drove you to this point and with physical pain I honestly have troubles saying anything positive. Or provide any solutions.

Nonetheless my only thought reading your post is this: don't do it. :(

Are you absolutely certain that with proper medical care your quality of life can't improve?

I go to doctors apointments, what feels like every week. Im on like 11 different medications. I've had ct scans in September, mri coming up in April.
In September I spent 4 days in the ICU, from hyponatremia, I had serum level of 114, had two seizures, could've died
In December my liver enzymes where ALT 655, AST 450.

I spend all day in pain. Unless you know some kind of miracle, I dont know what to say.
My appetite is basically non existent, like my body wants to die.

I trully wish you the best - and I hope the best is that this 11th or the next medication will work and we'll have our miracle.

I'm sorry for your condition. That sounds really brutal..
