CTB with a partner?

Maybe I will try CTB with my best friend because she's sucidal too and we already talked a bit about that but I am not sure yet. Because I want her to live but it would also break her heart if I would not live anymore

Yeah I know the problem. It took a few years until I talked about my depression - and then there came a person who had the same problems. But trust me it can only get better if you talk to someone about your problems. Maybe your best friend or another person you trust. But there are also hotlines you can call.

Thank you for the advice. However, I'm sure you have experience with the fact that people are fucking nasty. I'm afraid that if I open up about my problems, that my friends will tell everyone and that they'll start treating me differently. Besides, even if I told them, they wouldn't understand.
