I thought this might be a way of dealing with both SI and any fears and doubts one might have about dying.
Does anyone know of any "accept that you are about die soon", "getting over fear of death" kind of guided meditations or self-hypnosis resources?
Or if anyone's good at writing/putting together something like that?
