Cringing at the idea of writing a suicide letter

I've been thinking about if I want to write a letter or not!

The idea of being vulnerable about what's actually going on makes me CRINGEEEE so badly! But at the same time it feels a bit extreme to not explain anything!

(I'd also miss out on making them have to carry what they did to me for the rest of their livesss)

Are you guys planning on writing a letter or atleast explaining why somehow?

Yeah same I'm struggling but I want to leave personal letters to all. I started with a general email to all professionals involved with me as it seemed less complex more superficial I used nofiltergpt.com to help me explain more about stuff it's better than chatgpt in its name no filter it will say exactly how I feel without altering it too much. I still need to write letters to my son, brother, grandma and friends

I do have one written up that could use editing but the draft is there. I'm not going into details about why or at least not explaining everything just the overall why. And explaining how it's no one's fault and I love and cherish them and want them to be happy and that I'm sorry to add this tragedy to their life. It's a very personal decision whether you want to leave a note or not or how many. I'm just doing one bc the thought of writing individual ones is exhausting.

I don't know if I plan on writing a letter,I think I'll just get into position everyday until one day I just say fuck it and finally leave here.

I've managed to write a sincere, short letter to someone dearest to me. As for the rest... I just can't do it; it feels so cynical that I literally freeze up whenever I try to put even a single word on paper.

I have doubts about whether a farewell letter is a good thing or if it just prolongs the pain for those left behind; I honestly haven't decided on this.
