I was thinking of ctb during night time. I live in girls hostel so nobody would have a bath at night. And the option I have is cutting. I choose to hit the radicular artery and maybe then the carotid in the neck if I can. I will put my hand in a bucket full of water.

Unless you're able to slit your throat like a butcher slaughters animals your chances are 1-2% to succeed with cutting.
