Hello Guys. As I mentioned earlier, I want to do a full suspension hanging.I am in Germany. I cannot find a proper ligature point for the rope in the dorm room. Do someone have any idea if the resistance band door anchor holds the body thrashing if i use it as an anchoring point. When i saw it on the amazon, they mentioned that the strength is 30 to 40 kgs, which is too low. Please reply guys..

Yes, I have tried it with one of those anchors and it held my weight. Its my plan B, so needed to know it worked. The door must be solid though, not "hollow core" which many internal doors are these days. Make sure the anchor is on the inside of the door pulling the door into the frame, its more stable and the door will take much more weight that way.
