This seems as though it's likely the best way to CTB. Clean, reliable, painless. I just worry about newer engines and their catalytic converters. I'd hate to give it a try and wake up hours later unsuccessful. What about firing up not only a car, but a generator, and other gas powered tools in a garage? About how long to achieve lethal PPM?
Thanks for your help.

I don't have the answer to your question, but you are correct in your plan that a car will not be sufficient. Modern catalytic converters will prevent dangerous CO levels. When it comes to generators, remember that they produce lots of other noxious things in their exhaust and it may be tough to breathe that stuff in.

There is plenty of info here, so you'll likely find what you're looking for. The search bar is a great tool.

Or the CoGEN, or the slightly different Gulps. They are both simple contraptions which use usually readily available chemicals to produce CO. You breath it in through a breathing mask or regular O2 cannulas up the nose.

Well, here's the situation. I have access to a garage. It's twice as tall as the average garage. Inside is a truck, a generator, and 2 gas powered paint machines. I'd like to know if I were to run all 4 Simultaneously would it create enough CO to kill me? Or better to bring the generator in the cab of the truck? If I do it I don't want to fuck it up.
