Hey, in your opinion, what's the best container to burn coal on? Aluminum bucket? Regular metal bucket? Or something else besides a bucket? Please, no comments on other parts of the method, this post is strictly about finding the best thing to hold the coal

Usually metal buckets and/or regular BBQ grills will do. Afaik people have succeeded with both.

Wherever coal is burnt - CO is a product of incomplete combustion of carbon.

Start charcoal in chimney starterS and transfer to metal bucketS. One bucket of charcoal is not enough.
