Help Can’t make the leap

I have all my supplies ready. I have a limited time window to do this. I need to ctb. My life is unbearable physically. Medicine cannot help me.

But I can't get myself to drink the N. I'm scared to make the leap, to stop existing. Help

I'm scared I'll always be in doubt because my resolve is weak. I know I need to ctb. I have nowhere to go. I'll lose functioning of my shoulders and legs pretty soon so if I want to ctb in the future I won't be able to
