Cant find 6mm tubing for inert gas method (uk)

Hi all, is it just me? Can't find tubing with 6mm inside dia. And soft connectors at each end. How can this be? Even amazon doesn't have the right one.

Does it matter what diameter it is and surely ebay or Google will find it in seconds?

Yes it needs to be 6mm dia to go over the hose barb. Literally cannot find it.
