Can someone point me to a comprehensive pre-CTB checklist

1) Get all the notes done
2) Get documents done (insurance, bank account stuff etc)
3) Get stuff for the final deed- measuring cups etc
4) Get Google storage

do you have a will or trust?

do you have a DNR document and bracelet?

you wish wish you be an organ donor or not and have you made that intent clear?

do you have an emergency contact who will be notified?

have you specified to family how you would prefer to be remembered? (burial/cremation/etc)

have you paid for funeral arrangements if possible to lower costs for loved ones?

are things you own in an organized way so it won't be burdensome to sell or get rid of things?

have you tried therapy?

have you tried medications?

have you tried exercising?

have you tried volunteering?

have you tried mushrooms or ketamine?

have you tried going to a rave and taking ecstasy?

have you tried ayahuasca?

A DNR will be disregarded, but I agree with most everything else on your list .
