From what I can see I buy blood pressure meds without prescription. So it's easy to get.

The question here if I take the whole medicine and overdose on it like crazy can it kill?

You would have to know the exact chemical name or the brand name to search if it could be fatal. There are some antihypertensive meds that are safe to use with minimal side effects, and those won't really get you overdosed. It is quite hard to overdose from OTC meds.
