Can I take sn without an antiemetic or benzos?

I don't have a prescription for metoclopramide and I don't know if I can get it. Benzos aren't easy to get either. If I had just an antiemetic then I was thinking of using that before taking sn, but if I don't have it then if I take only sn would I die? Let's say if I fast and only drink water for a day or maybe 2 days, and then I just take 25 g of sn with water could that work? If I vomit then I might put another 25 g of sn in water and drink it

Yes, you can. There have been people who were successful but keep in mind that especially AEs help to prevent vomiting. You may increase chances to fail the attempt not using AEs (and Benzos to stay calm).

There have been successful cases of CTB via SN without AEs, AEs are there just to make it easier. Ultimately, doing it without AEs carries a higher risk of failure. It's up to you whether you want to carry that risk.

There's two things that make SN-only hard, vomiting and impending doom (fear and panic) that could potentially lead to you calling help. You can do it without antiemetics and benzodiazepines but it will be hard to go through since it's highly likely that you will vomit and have a panic attack aka SI adrenaline kicking in. Didn't mean to make this sound scary but just to point out why it's always recommended with these meds. Anyways, I hope your plans go well regardless what you choose to do.

I don't think it's right or responsible to say it's highly likely someone could throw up, many people have done it successfully without all the other drugs. All the failures on this board, horror stories on this board, we don't really know what was going on we can't know what those people were actually doing and other reasons that they failed. If someone fasts, has access to basic and acid or ibuprofen, their chances are very good. Especially if they're determined. I pray for all of us it's not right we all can't just have access to safe fast methods. It's cruel.

You can (and will most likely) throw up even having taken an AE, so surely the room for failure is very tiny even when you don't take an AE?

Yeah I heard that you can vomit even if you take metoclopramide although it would be better if you take it
