Can i receive medically assisted for non terminally illness in any country?

Benelux (Belgium Netherland Luxembourg) but you have to be a resident and it's difficult to qualify. Switzerland for anyone including non-residents. (Pegasos is noted above). But it's not cheap and you do have to fill out paperwork in order to qualify, but depending on age and condition it can be difficult. There are many discussions on this site.
I know for a fact that it isnt legal in the US. I have heard of people going to Switzerland to do it. If you are in any country that doesnt allow it you should just find a way to ctb by yourself, it would be much easier and less of a hassle imo.
