have read that some people with celiac d. can get depressed due to consumption of wheat products. it might be just nocebo but i think at times i feel different after eating gluten/non gluten food. do some people here have experience with gluten sensitivity/celiac d.?

I've read that too and it wouldn't surprise me. No experience of it though.

I think so, yeah. Life really is just a series of health problems just waiting to fuck you over.

Studies indicate a lot of celiac sufferers stay gluten-free even if doing so alleviates none of their other symptoms, because they feel so much better mentally. I've heard good things about the caveman diet too, but haven't tried it myself.
