Resource Best place to buy and send crypto? Never used these newfangled internet coins

does anyone know of a good, easy to use (since I'm technologically impaired), reliable, reputable crypto source. I'm assuming once I have an account, I transfer money from me into crypto. Then can send crypto to others… you know, anyone I feel like sending it to. :) thanks guys
