Being abused is normalized for me

My trauma was created through bad relationships. Due to abuse and bullying being normalized I had abusive relationships in adulthood. I then made the connection that relationships equal abuse. So I isolate. I have convinced myself that I don't need anyone. I've been hurt by so many people before, why give anyone else a chance to do the same?
