I am not sure I understand you correctly. It sounds like you would prefer that you would like to make progress more quickly.

I find that if I go faster, I make more mistakes. Do you have anything you could savor and enjoy so that going slower would be more comfortable.

Thanks, mean very slow, example read take longer. Finish game etc, can savor but think too slowly not sure underestimat swlf. Not really know feel days go fly not really know do thing time move feel lose also maybe time much struggle

In all seriousness, maybe leaning into the slow pace might be beneficial? Embrace your natural zen.
For the times when you need to speed yourself up, having a clear plan of action with achievable steps is a good strategy.
