I'm so sorry to the people I'm ghosting. I've been just posting on many social media platforms but it's extremely difficult to even look at the replies. I just assume people will have nothing good to say towards me.

The responses one can get can be good, bad, confusing, boring, or mute. As we navigate though life and encounter others who respond positively with us, we can build relationships, some of which can last.

Being able to disregard the boring, confusing, and bad responses can be a useful skill.
