Avoiding sleep will help overcome SI?

Random question, if I go a day without sleep and end up very sleepy, could that make me more impulsive and do what I need to do?

I've never felt more impulsive sleep deprived, but maybe it will help by making you feel worse?

I don't think so....but either you are little bit like drunk maybe (in a non depressed way lol) or to weak....

I mean it really varies person to person. I personally have bipolar so when I don't sleep I get way more unstable and impulsive. I would have very cloudy judgments and would feel so miserable that I would probably do it mental wise, but it also comes with physical symptoms (nausea etc) so then it also makes it harder for me to actually execute it.
