• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

    👉 View the ledger here

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Sometimes when I think about it ,it saddens and frightena me to think that when i'll ctb, i'll be dead forever.
But what helps me is to know that when i'll ctb in a few months at least I won't be the only one who is dead forever.
I'll be joining the millions of others who already ctb.
They are also dead forever.

That's what keeps me "happy" too. We are all so unimaginably insignificant. Random space dust.
It doesn't matter if you're George Soros or a homeless screw up. Everyone dies.

Even if the rich can afford a few decades longer thanks to private docs it's still absolutely nothing in comparison to the infinity awaiting us.

Curiously this also kept me alive so far. "Might as well do one more year"

I try not to look at it as 'I'll be dead forever.'

I try to look at it as 'I'll finally have some peace and quiet.'

I experience that too. Sometimes I welcome the sweet nothingness that will come after, sometimes that great gulf of nothingness terrifies me, but then I think about all the people who have gone before me, and the fact it is going to happen at some point anyway no matter what, and suddenly it seems perfectly natural.

I know there are suicides constantly, but a few have made it to the press recently and they show that money/looks can't change how you feel long term. Look at Avicii, he was worth 50m+ and was a beloved successful DJ, he took his own life this year, or Sophie Gradon who was a former Miss Great Britain, she took her own life this year too, or Anthony Bourdain, a celebrity chef who took his own life in the middle of a tour recording a new series.

Ellie Soutter, a 17 year old Olympic snowboarder, also took her own life this year, as did Mac Miller (rap artist from the US) and Sinead McNamara (instagram model, worked on a billionaire's yacht).

Even if you was the only one that died, the outcome for you would be the same as if everyone died. You wouldn't know to know the difference.
