Only if the sleep is permanent, I find that it takes too long to fall asleep temporarily and I'm always filled with dread upon waking and realising that I'm still trapped in this existence. I never feel like existing as a conscious being under any circumstances, existing certainly is nothing but suffering, all that's desirable to me is the peace of eternal non-existence where all is finally forgotten about.

yes, though my sleep schedule is super fucked so I can't fall asleep early, but I hate waking up and go back to sleep often, I get grumpy whenever I wake up, sometimes I nap but only when I'm physically exhausted.
I'm able to sleep a lot now--The first year after she died, I couldn't sleep more than 5 hours, but now I sleep almost 10 hours, despite my usual nightmares and bad dreams
