I already talked about this but I wanna mention it again since its driving me crazy rn.
No matter what happends, im still full of anxiety over such small things and very depressed.
For example, today was a great day yet im drowning in anxiety and depression.
also my therapist said she sees improvement, but fuck like is this feeling normal then??

I basically live in a sea of anxiety. The only thing that soothes it is the idea of death, which if cause causes its own anxiety as well.

Yes, can really relate. I don't have anxiety but I drown in depression, frustration and sometimes rage.
The psychologist said I looked calmer last time, I think I did but is that positive? Even if I have a great day I feel numb and weird.

Felt on so many levels. It honestly feels like I'm doing something wrong but I don't know what. Medication, socializing, therapy, and I'm still a perpetual ball of spiraling anxiety over the smallest thing. You're totally not alone in these feelings :( <3
