I'm about to play 'Winter Burrow'. It looks so beautiful. Like an interactive 'Wind in the Willows.'

I love all beautiful games though- both realistic and stylized. I'm such a sucker for nice graphics. How about you? Is it an important consideration or, will you be sold on reports of good game play etc?

The concept of beautifulness in games attract me certainly, and the cozy/cute ones also, but I've been disappointed by games that are all wrapping-no content so I tend to be cautious. On the other hand I also like many games that could be considered excel simulators :)).

Except series or developers I'm already familiar with, I act a little bit on instinct when buying. looking for a whole experience that tells me a story even if there are none in the game.

Are you more of a graphics or a gameplay person?

Kinda. I'm into games like Shantae, Freedom Planet, Lunistice, and Bread & Fred, which all look cute IMO.

I know what you mean. Ideally, it needs both to hold my interest... But the graphics draw me in. 😆

Graphics will catch my eye but gameplay is far more important. I will usually watch a few minutes of gameplay and/or read a review to see if it is something I would like. If yes, it goes on the Steam wishlist and waits for a sale.

I love cute looking anything so yes! But the gameplay has to be good as well. I am sadly not super into "cozy" games as they're usually way too boring for me to keep me going for too long, but if the gameplay is fun I am sooo sold!
