I am happy to pay for the help. I just need to know where to go or assurance that it will actually be the real thing.

I have chronic illness that I can't live with and this seems like the most reliable method since others have higher risk of failure. I was considering inert gas with nitrogen but it's really technical and requires a lot of set up and alone time, which I don't have because I live with family.
Or does anyone want to travel together to find it together?
