Hello. Today I caused an accident by mistake . Two cars crashed . It was my mistake . I tried to take a u turn all of a sudden in between the road . I didn't really feel any cars coming.
One was Tata nexon and other was Hyundai Aura. I have pictures of Hyundai Aura .
The Tata nexon took 19000 rupees from me and the Hyundai Aura guy took 10000 rupees. We were at a very remote area in another district. I suggested going to a Service Center nearby , but they weren't ready . I don't know anything about cars. The lady in the car said if I didn't pay they will file a police case. I got scared and gave the money. Did I give too much?

I don't know much about the car accident protocol but why didn't you want to get the police involved? Isn't the police report necessary for insurance and legal claims? And you paid the two from your own pocket?
