The method I will probably end up carrying out requires me to starve myself for a long time before hand, I was wondering if anyone has any good suggestions as to appetite suppressants or good ways to focus on not eating for those hours as i've been a binge eater my whole life and fear that the stress of ctb will cause me to binge eat out of fear.

What method necessitates an extended period of starvation?

i could have sworn that according to the pph and many goodbye threads i read through that for SN and N you needed to starve for baseline a few hours before hand (i forgot how many), but now i'm looking through trying to find anything that says this and i can find any, maybe i'm wrong?
