Hi everyone! Due to the pandemic, I'm unable to renew my prescription medication for anti depressants and sleeping pills (my doctor is on holiday and I'm currently outside my country of residence).
Can anyone recommend over-the-counter anxiety pills or sleeping pills?
I usually take Ambien (also known as Zolpidem) to sleep and I'm down to my last 3 pills. Melatonin pills do nothing for me. The sleeping pills help to shut off the dark thoughts and let me rest.
