Help Antiemetic appears stuck in transit and I want it now

If someone in the US orders an antiemetic from India and it appears to have stopped in transit and the buyer wants that shit—any SN-friendly antiemetic—what should the buyer do?

How does an American get an antiemetic without a doctor? Feel free to reply or drop DMs.

Especially what are the resources that a buyer should use because Tor dot taxi's links didn't appear to include any of the many different drugs and names of each?

Side note, I feel like I can't tell anyone anything until I have everything I need to just walk away. I suppose this is the fun part because I'm neither here nor there and I know I can't leave today but I know I will soon have the power to leave peacefully, without the use of railways.

Why are your ordering from overseas? Simply find one of many websites where you can list your symptoms and the doc will just send your script to your local US pharmacy. In many cases you don't even need to actually see or talk to a provider.

I also tried one of those (in addition to a third place that may be US-based but is probably South Asia).

The US-based folks:

1. Wouldn't give me what I wanted but gave me something similar but which will not work for my purposes
2. I protested and said no I actually want the Rx I asked for by name
3. They said it would interact with my medications
4. I protested and said no and that all I'm taking is a multivitamin

So tomorrow, a weekday, I have to phone them again.

The first of the three looks like it's cleared international checks and should arrive, signature required now ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ early this coming week.

Honestly, this is why I tried on that route for a bit, then gave up. Too afraid to be "caught". Rather be sure to have a for sure available method. Hell, not a rather, it's what I needed. Tho now that I have at least SOME (for now) for sure way out, tough to not want to consider other, maybe more peaceful methods...

Damn, Oz used to be on my to watch list before not being able to watch "new to me" shit... Now, for me tho, hard to consume much other than news and similar wider real life shit on YT. HAVE managed to a re-watch of a bit of Deadwood here and there recently though. The REAL stuff about life/death in so much of OG HBO stuff is about all that can HIT for me now...

So I like to believe that I don't want a violent end, which would mean no trains, no guns, and I'm afraid of heights even on TV, so no jumping. But wouldn't it be nice if I could disappear to the woods with a gun and have nature hide my corpse until everyone I know is gone. God I hate this garbage.
