but now i am filled with dread and severe anxiety instead. at least i no longer want to CTB? but my past and my failures (was a neet) now haunt me causing me severe anxiety and then something happened irl that caused even more immediate anxiety (an issue in my present that i have to deal with) that overcrowded my anxiety about the past

i feel like an onion with layers of layers of anxiety and even if one layer gets peeled back, the other layer of anxiety will still be there to fuck me up.

I heard therapy+meds are effective. Could you try searching for a therapist about your current feelings too?
