Have you experienced this, and if so what were your symptoms?

I think I've experienced it, but there were a lot symptoms mentioned on medical sites that didn't apply to me (nausea, aches, dizziness). Besides, it might have been the depression returning.

3 week was longest I managed to go without, a nd apparently it isn't uncommon for symptoms to last up to a month.

I've had the brain zaps from running out or going cold turkey off ADs. It's not too bad.

I have also had brain zaps. I actually don't mind them, but some people find them distressing. On some antidepressants I noticed that my emotions were more intense after discontinuing. I would also get headaches after stopping antidepressants.

I wish I could list more side effects for you, but I honestly don't remember any more.

I just felt the same side effects I experienced when I first started taking the meds. However they were less intense. I was tapering off them.
