Anti-emetics prevent vomiting when using carbon monoxide method?

Would taking 8 mg of ondansetron prevent vomiting when combining Nembutal with the carbon monoxide method? I just don't want to drink the Nembutal and then vomit it all out due to the carbon monoxide.
