Anti-emetic regimen question

I was wondering for the people who plan to take N what Anti-Emetic Regimen they are following ?


Ahead regimens:

Take 15 mg Metoclopramide every 8 hours, i.e. 3 times per day, starting 48 hours in advance.

Before Regimen:

Take the last dose Metoclopramide 45-60 min prior to cocktail ingestion along with 8-16 mg Ondansetron.

OR

Stat regimens:

40 min prior to drug ingestion, take 60 mg Metoclopramide

how reliable would the stat regimens on their own even be? that last one you wrote, im referring to? just genuinely curious is all.

If I use poisoning, I plan to do 60mg metoclopramide 35-40 minutes prior to drinking the poison.

Some sources say 30 minutes before, some say 40, so I figure 35 is a good bet :-)

I wouldn't start the multi-day regimen ahead of time, in case I changed my mind about timing. Also, I figure if the stat regime of taking meto 30 mins before Nembutal is good enough for Dignitas, it is probably good enough for me, too.

Dignitas give 24mg metoclopramide so why use 60mg and risk eps side effects.
