Another day without sleep

I am going days without sleep at this point. My body won't shut down unless I'm physically too exhausted to stay awake. My brain is so loud all the time. I go to work and my brains shouting, I'm up at 3 in the morning and my head is shouting at me.

I have to exist at work in about 3 hours and I am so fucking drained and tired and my brain won't shut the fuck up and yet I CAN NOT SLEEP
