Amitryptiline with SN

Hi everyone,

Anyone here take amitryptiline? I'm thinking of taking it before SN so I will be asleep/ knocked out before SN takes a hold of me. How long in your experience does amitryptiline take you to fall asleep? How long before taking SN should I take it? I'm trying to ensure I don't feel any of the negative side effects of SN. Would Amitryptiline make me vomit in conjunction with SN?

Hello there. I dont know how quickly ami takes but my guess us that it would be a gamble, as everybody is different.the timings would have to be spot on so that you are not made unconscious before taking the sn, and then made unconscious very quickly after taking it. Seems like a small margin for error maybe a five or less minute window, and risky. Would a painkiller or benzo not be better?

I'm wondering about this too sometimes I take around 300mg of ami to put me to sleep quite quickly but am worried that it would badly interact with SN so I'm not sure :/
