I take 25mg for anxiety every night, calms me down a bit and helps me sleep, sometimes make me just not have dreams too. It's not cured my problems or anything, but everyone's different, plus 25mg is quite a low dose I think.

It requires some other drugs with it as I recall and takes a long time, many hours. PPH mentions a drug cocktail including that.

According to PPH it's as peaceful as SN , on the negative it's a long process,
