I am average looking, was better but lost hair, got fat. I came to a friend's wedding and I wish so very much I was good looking and everyone appreciated my good looks. I am 32 years old man and I feel very immature for thinking this way.

In my opinion no. I've met a lot of immature people and a quality almost all of them lack is self-reflection. The fact that you can look at yourself critically and not just hide in ego tells me that you aren't immature. The desire to look and feel better is a natural human emotion and shows self-reflection. I know it sounds fake to say but other people are not as judgemental as your brain tells you they are. Hope you had a good time at the wedding :)

I didn't mean people don't judge ever, I have a pretty severe scalp deformity so I am used to people judging me. What I meant was that even though people will judge you, they don't cement who you are in stone in their minds until they get to know you better. There are always going to be people who are shallow and will form opinions on you based on things you can't control, but I've found that the mindset of that everyone is constantly judging and thinking badly of people is wrong.
