Alcohol before SN

No food for at least 8 hours before I take SN. Can I drink alcohol 2 hours before? I have no AEs no benzos nothing. Alcohol is my only sedation option. I will still feel the effects 2 hours after drinking but it should all be clear of stomach and upper intestines by then before drinking SN. Feedback please

Won't it be out of the stomach by then? After 2 hours? I don't have benzodiazepines. Doing it either way, thought alcohol might help if I took it a few hours earlier.

It's better to avoid alcohol but I have read one case where the guy mixed SN with alcohol and killed someone.

Est-ce que ça ne va pas sortir de l'estomac d'ici là ? Après 2 heures ? Je n'ai pas de benzodiazépines. Quoi qu'il en soit, j'ai pensé que l'alcool pourrait m'aider si je le prenais quelques heures plus tôt.
