How did you deal with aftermath of failed attempt with injury? When surroundings are still grim and no one around to help.

This concerns me greatly also as, this would be my situation if things go wrong. I suppose it makes me more determined that I succeed if/ when I try. Ideally, I want to have backup methods prepared but, I'm struggling on what to choose.

I agree, better to be 100% that you will succeed or otherwise after it will backfire. For me at least, I'm still kind of in shock from recent attempt.
