Anyone else believe we turn back to star dust when we die?

When we die, our consciousness fades away and then onto the unknown. Whatever the answer is, leading to the other side.

But realistically yes, our body decays and breaks down and becomes one with the earth. Our energy is transferred to other life forms.

I hope so, I don't want any other possibility when I've passed. It is our purest form.
