Well this wont interest anybody but I was diagnosed with adhd on top of bpd recently. Now it clicks, the boredom, the impulsive need to not adhere to boring long taper procedures. I get bored snd blunder keep changing the plan on the fly and forget to take my meds despite alarm set to take them . Also way wondered why I sway off listing to someone eslee talk . Makes sense now I dont get anything dose
