• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Anything with calcium carbonate in it will work.
It's not needed either, btw. It's just to make it a bit more comfortable, but even that isn't guaranteed.

As Defenestrator stated. It is not needed but from some threads i read, it helps with not converting the SN to normal salt, so more is absorbed in the intestines.

Please correct me if i'm wrong

I can't think of the treads off hand but i'm sure if you search the forums you might get a better idea. I'm not from the UK so i wouldn't know the name brands over there.

I thought it was the Magnesium Hydroxide that was the essential ingredient, like as found in Milk of Magnesia?

Although a lot of OTC antacids seem to contain both Magnesium Hydroxide and Calcium Carbonate.

If it's a hassle skip it .
Acid-regulators are preferred as antacid may react , but all of this is insignificant . Stan explained it well .
