Hello guys , I am kind a new here . I read that after sometime the chat room and sending someone message is available on its own. Is it true or do I have to contact the admins for activating it?

You should be able to after you've posted enough or been on here long enough. Not sure how much or how long, but it should work adter that for PM. Not sure on chat room, it should be the same. Welcome to SS!
