I imagine a lot of people here will relate to elements in this:



Surprisingly, the comment section was pretty honest too, with people struggling.

The narrator separates suicidal ideation from existential fatigue by saying those with suicidal ideation obviously want an end to things whereas, those with existential fatigue simply want to be able to rest.

I think we become suicidal sometimes because we aren't allowed that rest. Even if we are practically, there is still societal pressure to function normally.

What do you think? Has anyone here had existential therapy or, acceptance and commitment therapy? I wonder what that entails.
