02/04/25 - People are scary

I did some stuff today!
I went outside. I dunno, i have this irrational fear that people are judging me or are going to hurt me. But I forced myself to go to my friend's house as he has a pull up bar.
Maybe i'll go outside more and hopefully it'll go away. We'll see.

I've been more actively going outside, and not hiding indoors, its not easy, but its well and truly do-able :)
